1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the jililo Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify jililo Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jililo shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jililo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter cash deposits, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Users engaging in suspicious financial activities, including but not limited to depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without gameplay, may have their accounts frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

4.1 Bonus Terms

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Users must engage in fair play and are prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence programs to play games
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your identity
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities on the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or jililo staff members
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

5.2 Game Integrity

Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jililo or any third party. 5.3 Technical Issues and Malfunctions

All content on the jililo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jililo or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from jililo. Unauthorized use of jililo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jililo, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jililo's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jililo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jililo Customer Support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. All disputes must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute, or they shall be deemed waived.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by jililo

jililo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors
• Abusive behavior toward jililo staff or other Users
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures

Upon account suspension, your access to the Platform will be blocked, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. If your account is terminated for cause, jililo reserves the right to forfeit all funds and winnings in your account.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you will forfeit any active bonuses and pending wagering requirements. Your account balance, minus any bonus funds, will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after completing any required verification procedures.

12. Modifications to Terms

jililo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. jililo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without jililo's prior written consent. jililo may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction.
